These terms cover your use of the GutterGuild website and the early-access list. GutterGuild is a product of Gutter Guild LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“GutterGuild,” “we,” “us”). By joining the list or using this site, you agree to these terms.

Early access

GutterGuild is software for gutter and water-mitigation contractors and is currently pre-launch. Joining the early-access list adds your email to our waitlist so we can contact you when access opens. It is free, creates no account, and is not a purchase or a guarantee of access, pricing, features, or a launch date. We may change or discontinue the program at any time.

Acceptable use

Use this site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, submit other people’s information without permission, or use the sign-up form to send spam or automated submissions.

Intellectual property

The GutterGuild name, brand, copy, and design on this site are owned by Gutter Guild LLC. Please don’t copy or reuse them without permission.

No warranty

This site and the early-access program are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the site available and accurate but don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Gutter Guild LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the early-access program.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll revise the date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
