Privacy Policy

This policy explains what GutterGuild — operated by Gutter Guild LLC — collects when you join our early-access list, why we collect it, and your choices. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

What we collect

When you request early access, we collect the email address you submit. Our servers also record basic technical details that come with any web request — your browser type (user agent) and the page that referred you — which we use to understand sign-ups and prevent spam. We do not store your IP address with your sign-up, and we do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

How we use it

• To email you about GutterGuild early access and product updates.
• To prevent abuse of the sign-up form.
• To understand how many contractors are interested.

We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties for their own marketing.

Who processes your data

We store sign-ups with our database provider (Supabase) and host the site on Cloudflare. Both process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. If we later send email through an email provider, we will use one that handles your data only to deliver our messages.

Your choices

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. To see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, email hello@gutterguild.com and we will take care of it.

Retention

We keep your email for as long as you are on the early-access list. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, we remove it from our active list.
